AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
With CAF’s new Automatic Renewal feature, you won’t have to worry about remembering to renew! Every year, we will charge your credit card for annual membership dues based on your membership level at the time of renewal. Your new membership sticker will then arrive in the mail. Don’t worry about a thing—all your member benefits will continue without interruption!
• Coming soon: To sign up for this service online, select the renewal option that says “w/auto renewal”. It’s that simple! Each year, CAF will renew your membership using that credit card information. Be sure to contact us if your credit card information or expiration date changes.
• If at any time you wish to terminate your Automatic Renewal participation, please submit a request to CAF by email, fax, or phone 30 days prior to your lapse date.

Now you can divide your COLLECTOR, & ABOVE annual membership dues into monthly payments! Join any of our elite membership levels and divide your payment into 12 dividends as follows:

• Benefactor 1,000 + ($83.50 +/month) -Based on amount gifted.
• Director’s Circle 2,500 + ($208.50 +/month) -Based on amount gifted.
• Corporate Patron 5,000 + ($416.75 +/month) -Based on amount gifted.
